At 16:00 on June 7, 2018, with the command of the exercise commander, Chengdu Palm Springs International Center -joint fire fighting and evacuation exercise in the first half of 2018 officially kicked off: fire burst, police response, fire fighting and rescue, fire alarm, emergency evacuation, facility support etc., the emergency response teams and the participants conducted a focused and orderly actual combat exercise under the unified command of the exercise commanders according to their respective duties. The exercise examined the familiarity of the personnel at all levels of the company with the project Fire Extinguishing and Evacuation Preparedness, the ability of overall linkage and coordination of the units after a sudden fire accident, at the same time checked the effective operation of each fire system. The exercise was held successfully with the active participation and close cooperation of various units and departments.

The units participated in this exercise were Palm Springs Property, Fairmont Apartment management team and part of the enterprises settled in the office building of Palm Springs International Center, about 100 people. The fire simulation is set at 32F of the office building.

Exercise summary

Under the meticulous planning and organization of the property company, the units attached great importance to and cooperated closely with each other. Each emergency team assigned a clear division of labor and performed its own duties, so that the exercise could be carried out smoothly. The exercise raised the fire safety awareness of personnel at all levels and enhanced the response ability after the sudden fire.
