Quality management system (ISO9001-2008) has been established since the establishment of Palm Springs Lianying Property Chongqing Company. With the continuous development of the enterprise, in order to ensure the steady operation of the enterprise, to establish a more systematic, open and efficient management system, according to 2017 work plan, add the establishment of the environmental management system (ISO14001-2015) and the occupational health and safety management system (OHSAS18001-2011), and upgrade the quality management system from ISO9001-2008 to ISO9001-2015to form the latest version of QMS, EMS, OHSMS three standard system.

This work has been carried out since April 6, 2017, when the work of implementing the standards was formally launched. It has experienced 14 stages as follows, the investigation of the certification company, the planning of three standard management system, the mobilization of implementing the standards, the popularization of the knowledge of the three standards, the training of internal auditors, the compilation of documents, the examination and revision of documents, the release of documents, the operation of the system, the first internal audit, the management review, the application for certification, the external audit in the first stage and external audit in the second stage. China Quality Certification Center (CQCA) issued the audit conclusion of “pass the certification audit of three standard management system to issue the certificate” after three consecutive days of audit of the second stage from July 23 to 25. Successfully obtained the certificate of three standard system certification in August 2017. During this period, the efforts of every Palm Springs property staff were the best interpretation of the policy “sincere service, casting quality, harmonious development, continuous improvement”!
