As the heady fragrance of laurel blossoms wafted through the fresh air, we ushered in Chengdu Company’s internal training this year Cooperation without Boundary -- Real Estate / Property Staff Interdepartmental Collaboration and Communication training on August 14. The training was organized by the Administrative Personnel Department, the participants covered the real estate-property department heads, foremen and grass-roots staff, the keynote speaker was the specially recruited excellent lecturer Mr. Dai Peng from Bozhicheng Group which has a good background in cooperation with Palm Springs.
Mr. Dai Peng is a famous teacher of the former Vanke Group (top ten management star lecturers, top ten professors, five-star lecturers), China's best management trainer (selected by Training magazine), special lecturer appointed by real estate operation director class of Yangtze River Delta College, Tsinghua University, guest instructor of Career Guide Channel of Hubei Satellite TV, international CPP certified MBTI surveyor, NLP (body and mind language programming) executive.
As the staff come from different organizations and departments, in order to enhance their understanding, Mr. Dai initiated a lively and interesting group member presentation at the beginning of the event, and began a day of training in a relaxed atmosphere.
Through the introduction of the “three principles of Intersectoral assistance”, “how to break down sectoral barriers” and other knowledge, the use of the famous “change of mind” method in contemporary psychology and the Interdepartmental Communication Plan and other tools, they gradually mastered some of the communication skills neglected in previous work.
During the training process, they actively participated in the group discussion and scenario simulation, combined with the department and their own situation to seriously absorb each point of knowledge.
It was one of the highlights of the training to actively mobilize the participation of everyone through the way of education and fun. Each group member actively speaking to win the opportunity of point draw during class break was the most enthusiastic activity of each group. The first group eventually became the highest score group of the training, and each member was rewarded with a book called Non-Violence recommended by Mr. Dai.
At 4:30pm, the training was successfully concluded, and everyone said that the training was rich, lively and enlightening to the work. At the same time, it also actively promoted the cooperation among colleagues in various departments, which made everyone benefit a lot. But next September, the Administrative Personnel Department will also launch the team building activities to promote the exchange of each department and the cohesive force of the company, please look forward to it!
