A few days ago, the property company received a number of ebullient letters of thanks and silk banners from the owners of Phase Ⅰ and Ⅲ, to give high praise to the work of the property company, and express appreciation of the meticulous service attitude and dedicated work spirit of the staff from the security department and engineering department. 

In the thanks letter from Ms. Jia, the owner of Room 6451 of Phase Ⅰ , she expressed her sincere praise and gratitude to Zhang Jingbo, the head of property security department who conscientiously performed his duties in handling the differences between the owners and the tenants, and promptly and effectively judged and dealt with in the event that the tenant did not pay the rent and moved without permission, protected the owners’ rights and interests with a high sense of responsibility. She also expressed recognition and thanks to Lei Guijian, the head of engineering department and other staff for their long time warm and thoughtful service and solid professional skills. 

In the thanks letter from Mr. Huang, the owner of Phase Ⅲ , he described the timely and proper handling of the unexpected situation in the owner's house by Liu Xiaobo and other employees of the property security department and the process by which the engineering master quickly dealt with the elimination of the hidden dangers of safety. The property employees’ service spirit for the owners with a high sense of responsibility won the high praise of the owners.

Each letter of thanks received, each banner obtained, was the owners’ approval of Palm Springs Lianying Property, but also the greatest encouragement and motivation to the property staff.
