On October 29, 2016, “the first property service skills competition of Liangjiang New District” sponsored by the Management Committee of Liangjiang New District, undertaken by the Land and Housing Administration Bureau of Liangjiang New District and Liangjiang Property Management Association successfully concluded. In line with the attitude of exchange and study with colleagues in the industry, Chongqing Palm Springs Lianying Property selected and sent three customer service directors to participate in the competition of customer service group. Meanwhile, the company was ordered to take charge of the display task of the national flag guard in this competition.
The national flag guard represented Palm Springs Lianying Property as the first team to be displayed in this skill competition. At the moment of passing through the podium, the uniform team, vigorous movements and sonorous steps instantly became the focus of the flash, won the voice of praise and applause of the audience, leaders and guests.
In the skill competition of customer service posts, our 3 contestants have completed each content display calmly and conscientiously with a stable display of due skill levels. After fierce competition, although they were unable to achieve the position, but still showed good strength. Their attitude of actively preparing for the competition, being calm in face of competition was worth learning by each employee.
A total of 30 property companies participated in the competition, which promoted the exchange and learning among the industries, broadened the employees' understanding of property service skills, also demonstrated the image of service quality and professional level of Palm Springs Lianying Property.
